Our Team PARTNERS OUR STAFF   PARTNERS Jim Karakoussis - B. Bus CPA Jim commenced his career in 1983 with the Australian Taxation Office. In 1987 as a Senior Manager, he joined Pannel Kerr Forster as a Senior Taxation Consultant, specializing in advising Public Practitioners on Tax Audits and complex tax issues. Since setting up his own practice in 1991 his focus is on Taxation and Business Advisory services to a broad range of clients. Jim has extensive experience in guiding small to medium enterprises in producing effective business development programs and currently sits on a number of Boards of Advice. Throughout his career Jim has maintained a high level of community involvement and in particular held a senior position on the Board of one of Australia's leading sporting clubs. Tony Giannopoulos - B.Eco CPA Tony commenced his career with Arthur Young in 1980 gaining significant experience in Taxation, Audit and Business Consultancy, and in 1985 set up his own Accounting and Consulting practice. His professional focus is on small to medium enterprises with an emphasis on Business Advisory services including chairing or acting as an adviser to various private company boards. Tony's specialty is facilitation of personal and business strategic planning. Tony is also a Registered Company Auditor with the Australian Investment and Securities Commission   After working with each other for many years Jim and Tony formally merged as Karaco in 1999 to meet the increasing professional and personal needs of their clients.
